CLIENT CARE: RETURNS & WARRANTY
At Vare, our philosophy is rooted in ELEVATING THE UNSEEN. Every flush floor register, vent, and exhaust mount is precision-engineered to meet the most demanding architectural standards. We stand behind the uncompromising quality of our hardware.
Should a piece not perfectly align with your project’s specifications, our client care team is here to facilitate a seamless return or warranty process.
THE RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns on eligible hardware within 30 days of the delivery date.
RESTOCKING PROTOCOL
Due to the substantial weight of our solid steel hardware and the meticulous inspection process required to ensure every piece returns to our inventory with an unblemished finish, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund.
CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a refund, all hardware—including our Luxe, Luxe+, and Luxe Advance series—must be returned in flawless, strictly uninstalled condition.
* Original Presentation: Items must be secured in their original Vare packaging, including all protective inserts.
* Pristine Condition: Hardware cannot exhibit any evidence of installation. Pieces showing mortar residue, caulking, applied paint, scratched finishes, or engaged leveling screws will not be accepted.
* Bespoke Orders: Customized configurations and specialty-painted inserts are crafted specifically for your space and are strictly final sale.
THE RETURN PROCESS
* Request Authorization: Please email our client care team at [production@vare.ca] with your order number and the reason for the return.
* Prepare Your Shipment: Once authorized, we will provide a return shipping label. Solid steel hardware requires secure packaging to prevent transit damage; please pack the items precisely as they were received.
* Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the hardware. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, less the 15% restocking fee.
Kindly note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return brings your original order total below our $150 CAD complimentary shipping threshold, a standard shipping deduction will be applied to your refund.
EXCHANGES
To expedite the process and ensure your project remains on schedule, we do not process direct exchanges. We recommend returning your original items for a refund and placing a new order at vare.ca for the correct dimensions or configurations.
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Vare hardware is engineered for longevity and exceptional performance. We proudly offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on all products, effective from the date of delivery.
Coverage:
This warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Should a structural flaw become apparent under standard residential or commercial use within the first year, Vare will repair or replace the piece at our discretion.
Exclusions:
Our hardware is designed for precise structural integration. This warranty does not cover:
* Damage resulting from improper installation, handling, or unauthorized modifications (including custom painting, caulking, or mortar application).
* Structural compromise due to stripped or improperly engaged leveling screws.
* Standard wear and tear, including natural cosmetic aging or surface scratches over time.
* Degradation caused by harsh chemical cleaning agents or extreme environmental exposure.
Initiating a Claim:
To submit a warranty inquiry, please contact [production@vare.ca]with your original order number, a description of the defect, and clear photography of the hardware. Our specialists will review the claim and guide you through the resolution process.
