SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Vare, we ensure our precision-engineered architectural hardware reaches your site safely and efficiently. Due to the substantial weight and premium nature of our solid steel registers and mounts, every order is packed with meticulous care to protect the unblemished finishes during transit.

shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of your hardware and your delivery destination.

ORDER PROCESSING

Every Vare order is prepared with precision. In-stock hardware is typically processed and dispatched from our facility within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

For volume orders from our existing product range, contact our team for project support and order planning. Custom sizes and bespoke configurations are not available.

TRANSIT TIMES

As a North American company, we service clients across Canada and the United States. Standard transit times depend on your location:

 * Canada (Standard): 3–5 business days

 * United States (Standard): 4–7 business days

 * Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for time-sensitive projects.

Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by our carrier partners and commence once the package leaves our facility.

TRACKING YOUR SECURE SHIPMENT

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking portal to update. We highly recommend monitoring your delivery, as our heavy solid steel hardware requires secure placement upon arrival.

TRADE & COMMERCIAL FREIGHT

For our Trade Program partners, contractors, and interior designers placing large-scale commercial orders, standard courier limits may be exceeded. High-volume orders will be carefully palletized and shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight to ensure structural integrity during transport. Your Vare account manager will coordinate freight logistics and delivery windows directly with your site supervisor.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, our online checkout is optimized for North American delivery. For project fulfillment outside of Canada and the United States, please contact production@vare.ca to arrange a custom freight quote.

DUTIES & TAXES

For orders shipping outside of Canada, the purchaser is responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or import taxes levied by the destination country. Vare is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process.
